Terms
How booking, paying and cancelling work at the house. This is sample text, so replace it with your own terms before you publish.
Bookings
A request is not a booking. Your room is held once we’ve replied and you’ve confirmed through the link we send.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, per room per night, with breakfast included. We take the first night when you confirm and the rest when you leave. City tax of €2 per person per night is paid at the hotel.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 14 days before you arrive for a full refund. After that we keep the first night.
During your stay
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Quiet hours start at 22:00. Please don’t smoke inside the house.
