What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email, dates, room choice and anything you write to us. We don’t take payment details on this website.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, confirm your booking and prepare your stay. We don’t sell your details, and we only share them with the services that help us run the hotel.
How long we keep it
Booking details for as long as the law requires for hotel records. Requests that never became a booking are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to stay@albesca.com. We reply within a month.
